Will my callers know they're talking to AI?
Most don't. Speechless uses studio-grade neural voices with natural pacing, and offers 15+ voices to choose from. Some customers have had callers ask who their "new receptionist" is. You can also configure the agent to identify itself as AI if you prefer full transparency — it's your choice.
How fast can I set up an AI receptionist?
Most businesses go live with Speechless in about 5 minutes. You paste your website URL, the agent builds itself from your site (services, hours, pricing, tone), you pick a voice, and forward your phone number. No scripting or technical knowledge is required, and white-glove onboarding is included on the Pro plan if you'd prefer a human walkthrough.
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. Speechless syncs live and two-way with Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Square, and HubSpot. It only offers time slots that are genuinely open, never double-books, and sends confirmations to both you and your caller automatically.
What languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Italian are available today. The agent detects the caller's language automatically at the start of the call and can switch mid-conversation. Additional languages are available on request.
How is my call data protected?
All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped strictly to your account. We never share or sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel?
On the free trial there is nothing to cancel — we never take a card. On a paid plan, open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage subscription. Your transcripts, exports, and call history remain available to download even after cancellation — we will never hold your data hostage to keep you on a plan.
